Where exactly is the tent?
In the vendor village at Land of the Arches Campground (LOTA), 5150 KY-715, Campton, KY. Look for the PitchSix tent next to PhysiVantage.
Do I need a Rocktoberfest ticket to visit?
Yes. The vendor village is inside the festival, so you'll need a Rocktoberfest ticket or wristband. Tickets are sold by the RRGCC here.
How does Saturday's EyeSend try-out work?
Come to the tent between 8 and 10 AM and buy a pair at $76 plus Kentucky tax, the same festival price everyone pays at the booth. Climb on them all day. If you love them, you're done, they're yours. If not, hand them back between 5 and 6 PM and we refund every cent. We take your name, email and phone at checkout so we can find your order fast at return time.
What if I don't make it back by 6?
Then they're yours. You paid $76, the festival price, so you got the same deal as anyone buying at the tent. The 6 PM cutoff is just last call for a refund.
Can I use RRG26 at the tent?
No need. The tent has its own festival pricing, 20 percent off retail on EyeSend and Force Board. RRG26 is the 10 percent online code for PitchSix products at pitchsix.com, and it runs through November 7.
Can I buy online and pick up at the festival?
Not this year. Everything at the tent is first come, first served.
