COVID-19 International Shipping Delays

The EyeSend belay glasses became available starting March 30, 2020. PitchSix uses Amazon for fulfillment services. Unfortunately, Amazon fulfillment is not accepting any new non-health related products until at least April 6, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

PitchSix is still fulfilling orders directly, but overseas order can take up to three weeks to arrive using the current shipping carriers. Domestic shipments are arriving in 3-5 days, depending on the shipping distance. PitchSix is offering free economy shipping for U.S. domestic orders.

COVID-19 may result in further shipping delays. PitchSix is closely monitoring shipment disruptions and will notify customers of any projected risk.
